Del Mar College continues to monitor and plan for the impact of COVID-19 on the College. To assist us in this process, please complete the following form regarding your access to internet, technology and online resources.

Since the college is shifting to online learning, your answers to these questions will help us allocate loaner devices to students who need them this semester.

	I am a graduating student.
	I do not have access to any computer device or cell phone.

NEXT STEP:

The acceptance of your application for a loaner device will be conveyed via email (to your WebDMC email account at https://outlook.office.com). If approved, you will be provided with a link to schedule an appointment time to pick up the device and assistance to ensure you are able to use the device promptly.
